  • Years of Active Practice (15%) — Years since certification while actively seeing clients.
  • Faculty / Instructor Role (15%) — Teaching, mentorship, curriculum contributions.
  • Proctored Practicums & Case Work (10%) — Supervised clinics, reviewed cases.
  • Professional Contributions (10%) — Publications, talks, research, case reports.
  • Client Outcomes & Feedback (10%) — Documented satisfaction/outcomes (when available).
  • Ethical Standing (10%) — Good standing; absence of disciplinary actions.
  • Continuing Education (5%) — Post-certification trainings/workshops.
  • Public Professional Profile (5%) — Interviews, directories, educational outreach.
